Shipping Policy

SereneSix ships Australia-wide via Australia Post. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Free standard shipping is included on all orders over $100. All SereneSix devices qualify automatically. Express shipping is available at checkout — cost calculated based on your location.

SereneSix is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched. If your tracking has not updated within the expected window, please contact Australia Post directly or reach out to us at support@serenesix.com.

Estimated delivery timeframes below are from the date of dispatch and are provided by Australia Post. Timeframes may vary during peak periods.

Pre-Orders

When a product is available for pre-order, this will be clearly indicated on the product page along with the expected dispatch date.

Pre-Order Notice

Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. Your order will be held and dispatched within 1–2 business days of the confirmed stock arrival date. You will receive an email notification when your order is being prepared for dispatch.

If a pre-order dispatch date changes, we will contact you by email with the updated timeframe. If the revised date does not suit you, you are entitled to a full refund — simply reply to the notification email or contact us at support@serenesix.com.

All other shipping, returns, and refund terms apply to pre-orders in the same way as in-stock orders.

Returns & Refunds

100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your SereneSix for any reason, contact us within 100 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund — no lengthy process, no runaround.

How to initiate a return:

    Contact us Email support@serenesix.com within 100 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

    Prepare your return The device must be clean, undamaged, and returned with all included accessories. Items sent back without prior contact with SereneSix may not be accepted.

    Ship your return Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty. We will provide return address details once your request is confirmed.

    Receive your refund Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Section 5

Warranty

SereneSix includes a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

If your device stops working under normal use within 12 months, contact us at support@serenesix.com and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

The warranty does not cover: damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, water damage beyond the device's 1ATM water resistance rating, or normal wear and tear.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Section 6

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged upon delivery or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@serenesix.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damage or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We do not require you to return damaged goods in most cases.
